REGIONAL COACH MEETING

Albert Einstein said "the measure of intelligence is the ability to change". Building on his quote, we would say that "the measure of change is the ability to listen".

Over the last two years we have adopted a 'continuous improvement' mindset that puts the feedback loop at the heart of the process. We have started to analyse all segments of our coaching programme and iterate changes and input from all our stakeholders.

The Regional Coaching Meetings are an exceptional opportunity to share what we have implemented, what we have identified as next steps and to receive your input on how to move forward.

It is also a great opportunity for you to continue to meet the members of the growing coaching community. The booming number of start-ups in our programme and the increasing specialisation of their needs will require closer collaboration between you. It will therefore be very important to be aware of the new areas of expertise being added to the pool and to build the necessary confidence to work together on your coaching cases.
